Affirmative action wins -- temporarily (Malveaux *ack* alert!)
USA Today ^ | 7/11/03 | Julianne Malveaux

The Supreme Court decision that affirmed the use of race as an admissions criterion at the University of Michigan law school already has conservative ideologues busily plotting ways to eliminate affirmative action. The Center for Individual Rights, which backed the white women who brought lawsuits against the university, threatened more lawsuits and ''close scrutiny'' of affirmative action plans. But it is California's Ward Connerly who's really audacious. He announced this week that he wants to export to Michigan California's Proposition 209, the measure he pushed that outlawed the use of race in admissions, employment and contracting.

Those who care about racial economic justice...

What does that have to do with college admissions?

"racial economic justice"

Here is my definition:

The process by which people of a certain skin color parasitically suck the life out of the HOST who currently supports their life-style of rampant sexual immorality, illegitimate births, drug addiction, violent crime and general laziness and stupidity.

"What part of "Lost the lawsuit" does Connerly fail to comprehend?"

There must be some mistake in this printing.
Mz. Malveaux has always shown her contempt for black men in general and the Supreme Court in particular.
When Clarence Thomas was finally confirmed to the court, she made a public statement to the effect that....Maybe his wife will keep feeding him those high colesterol breakfasts and he will just die early like most black men!

Malveaux gleefully flaunts her own inferiority.
"Oh please HAAALP me mister white liberal - - I can't do ANYTHING without your HAAALP!" Is it any wonder most blacks get embarrassed and turn away from scum like Malveaux?

"...and reach the goal of a completely inclusive society."

Ms. Malveaux's prospective cannibal kingdom will have humans of every hue on the menu.

Malveaux:

Yes, the Supreme Court's decision was a victory.

Jr.:

President Applauds Supreme Court for Recognizing Value of Diversity

Statement by the President

I applaud the Supreme Court for recognizing the value of diversity on our Nation's campuses. Diversity is one of America's greatest strengths. Today's decisions seek a careful balance between the goal of campus diversity and the fundamental principle of equal treatment under the law.

My Administration will continue to promote policies that expand educational opportunities for Americans from all racial, ethnic, and economic backgrounds. There are innovative and proven ways for colleges and universities to reflect our diversity without using racial quotas. The Court has made clear that colleges and universities must engage in a serious, good faith consideration of workable race-neutral alternatives. I agree that we must look first to these race-neutral approaches to make campuses more welcoming for all students.

Race is a reality in American life. Yet like the Court, I look forward to the day when America will truly be a color-blind society. My Administration will continue to work toward this important goal.

Malveaux likes the decision - bad!!!

Jr. likes the decision - good!!!

If stupidity were a capital offense, Malveaux would have been shot a long time ago.
