I agree that regardless of what they are saying now, Cheney will drop from the ticket (but remain part of the administration).

Rudy as CIA head is EXCELLENT! Kudos!

thats when Powell held up the vile of anthrax as an example, at least we know for sure that was real, just ask Tom Brokaw, the folks at the National Enquirer in Florida, and those postal service employees.

Like I said in my previous post, if the administration is to do that, they need to be very very careful with their timing to release the info. They may very well caught all the Dems with their pants down, but that doesn't mean majority in this country will go along with Bush's tactics (for the record, I have no problem w/ it as long as it sinks Rat boat).

I think it would be wise for the administration to release the info bit by bit to build momentum for the final bombshell and not leave much trace of political gamemanship. Bush will dominate the podium on this issue, so he and Rove will have to master the timing.

Any notion that bush is waiting till next August is sheer idiotcy. To think that Bush's distractors would'nt screem "politics" is hopelessly naive. I can here the America hating left now .."they were planted!!!!!"

I said he shouldn't wait until next August, he's credibility would take a big hit if he choose to wait. But as far as the hard-left is concerned, I don't care about their reaction, nothing will ever change their mind. They are the Howard Dean people, why waste your strategy chasing those who will never vote for you?

Screaming politics? Even if Bush comes clean today, the media will scream politics, Bush's goal is to convince the general public, do they think he's playing politics with WMD info? Public perception, not media should be Bush's focus.

President Bush is serious. He is fully engaged is protecting, defending our country and people.

Democrats are simply senile. Don't give a damn what-so-ever about our national security.

Bush is not playing a game. This is a deadly war for survival we are engaged in. He didn't intend to spend his presidency huntin' down murderous terrorists, but he's got to do it despite democrat interference and lack of attention.

Clinton fouled up. Bush is hitting home runs.

And, the democrats are so jealous and enraged at him for executing successfully his sacred oath of office.

Let them spew and slither. They can never lay a hand on our President. His character eludes their venom.

They actually believe that they can hurt Bush through the MEDIA, as though it was a branch of government. Remember Enron? Ooooh, they were so sure they HAD him. Remember BUSH KNEW!? Seen Cynthia McKinney lately? Come on.

I remember one of the lefties at work came in one day with a smirk saying, "We got him now, first he steals the election and now peoples pensions!" Everytime I bring that up now, he tells me to get out of the past!

For what it's worth and hopefully not repeating anything posted earlier, Senator Warner said today that they already have information regarding WMD. He claims it cannot be released because it is being built slowly through various interviews and they don't want to jeapardize the investigation. There is also some concern, given the unknown status of Saddam, among would be informers. This is a rather large issue, if Saddam is alive and watching the attacks on Bush and Blair, he has to have some sense that he still has a grip on the necks of scientists and other informers. Spoon feeding the American public at the expense of the success of the ultimate outcome might not be the best strategy.

If he waits too long to out the evidence I fear the media and the libs will have turned him into a liar in the minds of joe sixpack. They will not believe the truth of discovered WMD after that point.
