The month long vacation is because of Congress being on vacation for a whole month, so there is NOTHING ANY President can push and get accomplished.
Anyway, last year, Bush was ON THE ROAD visting places and doing thing s MOST of his VACATION!! If you want to scream about time off, aim towards CONGRESS!
