All things considered, he'll still never see the light of day as a free man.

Our much touted judicial system should not be confused with the law. After recent Supreme Court rulings and the general mood of the rest of our courts, who can be surprised by anything that happens in our courts and the "actors" involved, justice be damned.

asks Breitweiser. "Maybe we'd gain a wealth of information. I just don't understand how they're handling this case. After tens of thousands of 9/11 leads and tips we've got one guy on trial? I don't get it."
Get this: the more you dig into this matter the worse various agencies look. Who is going to "win" by prosecuting this case to the fullest extent, meaning getting to the bottom of this? Maybe if you're not afraid of people in the CIA and the FBI crushing your case, but it is certainly a CLM (Career Limiting Move) to do any real work on this case.

Always wondered about the copilot when Senator Wellstone's plane went down. He was the one who allowed Mouseeeeee to get ahold of the flight simulation discs for flying the big jets. But he can't be called as a witness.
