Philly use to be a lot like that .. they were born there, raised there and died there.
It use to be not uncommon to have a few aunts and uncles living on the same block
I remember years ago a guy I had dated from South Philly .. we took a drive out to the burbs and he was totally amazed and thought we were out in the country .. LOL
