Are those really Vermont laws? So, that would explain all the giraffes I have seen roaming free throughout the Vermont countryside. LOL!

As for seeing giraffes, sure hate to tell you this, but I don't think they've been roaming the countryside for well over a 100 years. Now I'm worried about you. :-)
