Well, as you often appear to be a sour curmudgeon, perhaps we all should control your life so your right to the "pursuit of happiness" won't be violated.

Seriously...

It's impossible for a person to violate their own rights. Rights deal with our interactions with others, not with ourselves. The homosexuals doing things in private that they want to do cannot violate their own rights, by definition.

By allowing the homosexuals the right to privacy for voluntary acts, the judges have not declared their rights null and void - far from it - they stood up for the individual right to liberty !
