And, seeing as how he was CHOSEN TO OVERSEE THE CULTIVATION and VETTING of all Bush appointments/nominations and to provide legal counsel, would you support Alberto's nomination by Bush as a Supreme were it to happen?

And, if not, why not?

Would you (ever?) criticize Bush or a Republican for taking/promoting un-Constitutional positions?
