He added that the competitive drive decreases with age and as men's priority shifts from competing for women to taking care of their offspring. What are we supposed to learn from this? To keep our scientists productive, we should forbid marriage for them? And to slow down our serial murderers, we should encourage them to marry? The result will be a new generation which is fathered by criminals and which has no offspring from scientists.
