Mr Clinton has bought his apartment as an unfurnished shell, allowing him to furnish the properties to suit his own tastes. An eclectic mix of cast off White House furnishings, spool tables, lawn chairs, and velvet blacklight Elvis posters...

His purchase includes two full memberships at the Irish course,Clinton's only chance for club membership is in foreign countries as no prestigious club in the US will extend him an invitation to membership ;-)

Further evidence that for some reason that I have yet to ever figure out, the Irish have historically been among the most marginal people on the face of the planet.
This from a Canadian.

Why do you say that? The Irish have a rich history and for such a small country have had a great impact on the world. Ireland also is a Christian country that unlike much of the rest of Europe is still very devout in many respects. Maybe you haven't been keeping up with current events but Ireland is a very prosperous country now too.
Btw did you know Ronald Reagan was primarily of Irish descent.

I think the other membership may be for that Canadian Billionaire lovely that Bill has been recently following all around the globe.

Any chance we can get him to stay there forever? But, if he did, can you imagine him running for the leadership of the EU?

I hope we didn't have to buy another 1.4 million dollar apartment for his secret service detail.

Shes a step up from Monica and not as quite as good looking as Eleanor Mondale.
Sort of looks like an older version of the folksy pop singer Jewel Kilcher.

Will the Secret Service be living with him in his new digs or will we be required to purchase another condo for them?

Isn't the Clinton Foundation buying/building homes for him all over the place, e.g., the penthouse in Little Rock? What a monumental money-laundering operation it must be.
