As a molecular biologist, I’ve always been amazed by the attacks by man-haters on the Y chromosome. Every man possesses the same overall genetic structure as a woman, and in addition has a Y chromosome. Having two X chromosomes is not much of a benefit considering that women’s cells always turns one off.

I've run into this same nasty feminist argument years ago. They are unaware that one of the X's turns off, and it's a wonderful thing to remind them of it. Thanks for the post.

I was wondering what it was untill I read the following paragraph:
