The author forget to include another charming habit in parts of Africa. The victim is beaten and old tires are placed atop the soon to be dead. Petrol is then used to start the tires ablaze and the victim is burned alive, rather slowly.
As one whom has worked in parts of Africa the Continent can be described in a few short words:
Corruption
Abject Fear
Brutality
Hatred
Death
Hoplessness
Life is without value

My homeschooled eldest daughter oft-times would prefer that I hold down the pace of the curriculum. "What's wrong with being average?", she yells at me.
My response is "Taking human history and the world as a whole, the average condition of humans is to be starving, sick, and in fear of being killed. I have no desire for any of my kids to be average"
