Ozzy PING!
Good for Ozzy. I'm glad he's able to look at things with a (finally) correct perspective. He is the best example of what happens to you when you do drugs and drink. And he's willing to admit that.

Gee. What would Ozzy Osbourne know about drug abuse anyway?Ozzy's continual abuse of substances doesn't qualify him as an expert in its societal dynamics any more than your continual abuse of logic and reason qualify you as an expert in their proper application in rhetoric.

Only in the same way they win elections. They "attempt" to tear you a new one. You're doing fine.

The Supreme Court may feel otherwise but since Lawrence v. Texas was ruled on privacy grounds, would they have been so quick to overturn drug laws if the two men had been found smoking pot that they raised in the apartment instead of committing anal sodomy?

We will have that discussion in 30 years when the federal WOD is over and there are only a couple states still hanging onto prohibition.

Hey, you're earning your stripes when they call you Socialist. From there, you move up to "Jackboot", "Statist", "Police Statist" and finally "Nazi". And then, if you really make sense, they try to get you banned. Care to go for bonus?

Lawrence struck down all state sodomy laws and was ruled on privacy grounds.
At least thats what all the ranting on FR said.

Admittedly there is a difference between prison and jail, but the bottom line is still the same - exertion of the coercive force of government to deprive an individual of their freedom for some amount of time.

All states have dropped their sodomy laws (homosexual and heterosexual) with the Lawrence v. Texas ruling.
Try again.

Bulls**t....That is just a lie. Marijuana kills brain cells too.MYTH: MARIJUANA KILLS BRAIN CELLS. Used over time, marijuana permanently alters brain structure and function, causing memory loss, cognitive impairment, personality deterioration, and reduced productivity.
FACT: None of the medical tests currently used to detect brain damage in humans have found harm from marijuana, even from long term high-dose use. An early study reported brain damage in rhesus monkeys after six months exposure to high concentrations of marijuana smoke. In a recent, more carefully conducted study, researchers found no evidence of brain abnormality in monkeys that were forced to inhale the equivalent of four to five marijuana cigarettes every day for a year. The claim that marijuana kills brain cells is based on a speculative report dating back a quarter of a century that has never been supported by any scientific study.
