I put myself on a low fat diet right after Christmas and I've lost 37 pounds. I'm kind of stuck at 175 lbs. now, but that's not even overweight depending on which height/weight chart you go by. I think I might switch over to a carb conscious diet now but I'm at more of a maintenance stage, I don't really need to lose a lot of weight. I'm still formulating what eating habits I need to establish to keep my weight off, losing weight isn't as important now since I'm not overweight anymore. Though I would like to lose about 7-10 more pounds to put myself well below my maximum weight. I guess I need to research this a little bit, I'm more interested in the energy aspects and not feeling hungry parts of dieting now.

BTW, how does pizza rate with carb intake? Someone please tell me it's low on carbs. I crave this one food more than every other.
