Splenda's not a glutamate

Where do you get it?

You can get splenda at the supermarket, or at discount stores like Target. I've seen huge boxes of it at Costco. Carbolite stuff I see at Trader Joe's, but I have heard that WalGreens also carries it. You can also do a search for low-carb foods and find a variety of websites that sell the Atkins and other products.

I had to go off the Atkins - it was just too extreme for me. I'm still doing a high protein, kinda-low carb regime called Body RX, and it IS working for me, and I can live with the menus. Fruit is allowed and encouraged with this one, but it is still a high protein way of eating. I have lost weight and feel good, and don't feel deprived.

If you are wondering what to crunch on, try veggies like bell peppers, celery with a little bit of cream cheese, and jicama. These are low carb, and nice and crunchy.
