Which are the sugar substitutes that affect the pancreas? This could be a big factor in the problems of a diabetic's diet full of aspertame.

..Sugar substitutes that affect the pancreas?- all of them. The pink packs, the blue packs, the yellow packs...Aspartame, saccharine, MSG and other glutamates, now disguised as "broth" in tuna, hydrolyzed protien, carrageenan...if truly interested, send me a personal reply and I will list all three columns in the book to you.
