Look, for all the technicalities and legal mumbo jumbo hagglingThose "technicalities" and "legal mumbo jumbo" are critical on something like this. If somebody can't be bothered to get it right the one and only time they get to write their ballot initiative or to make their case in a courtroom, then they damn well deserve to lose.
