Donawho wasn't fired for any outrageous claims he made. He proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he could not draw an audience to hear his claptrap.

MSNBC could have waited to see if this outburst from Michael Savage would be followed by a ratings drop (or rise) but stood on principle and cancelled his show (although they weren't principled enough to pull him from the air immediately).

What did Alan Keyes ever say to get his show on MS-NBC cancelled? They certainly didn't have the patience to see if an audience would build the way they did with Donawho.

On a side note: I happened to be watching Keyes the night he had a conniption fit on his show. He went on a tirade because he didn't like what his pro-palistinian guest was saying/lying about Israel.

His show was cancelled within a very short time after that.

Conservative voices must tow a different standard than the mealy-mouthed leftists who always get away with the most outrageous statememts.
