Are you saying in the UK I'd be charged, or over here? Bottom line is, if she was seen on my property, then tried to spray something in my face, she would be subdued until authorities arrived. I'll let the jury decide whether they can convict me of felonius assault. Just to goof with her, I may tell her to dig a ditch with the shovel!
