There are similarities in the Vol "Bubba" Dooley III murder case to that of the Chante Mallard murder case in Ft. Worth, Texas. Two men are killed, one in alleged self-defense and the other by probable accident, then phone calls are made to enabling friends - never 911 -, and crude attempts are made to remove the corpses. The kiddies are trying to run their own kindergartens, it would seem.

Didn't any neighbors hear the shot(s)? It would seem that at nighttime, the sound of a gunshot(s) would be heard at a great distance.

I think Joci is going to need Perry Mason on this one!

You are quite right!I would presume that the weapon in question is a semi-automatic pistol.Even a .22caliber semi-auto makes a great deal of noise because of the short barrel length.
