Hardly. You should be able to do anything you please with your property as long as it is not illegal (e.g., growing marijuana). You have people taking up residence in trees and blocking the streets for the sole purpose of keeping the owner of said property from doing what he pleases, which in this case is cutting the trees down and harvesting them.
These people know full well what they are doing, and by this time, I can assure you they have all been told and warned. But there are 110 people in those trees, some you can bet in defiance of that court order from a few months back.
There needs to be an incentive to leave the property and never return.
