In my book, a Christian is somebody who sincerely believes in Christ. Therefore, Unitarians need not apply. But the word includes an awful lot of very different kinds of people. I use the term "traditional Christian" to refer to Catholics, Protestants, and Orthodox (and other more esoteric communities) who believe in most of the ancient credal formulas: the Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, Jesus as true God and true Man Who rose from the dead and ascended into heaven, the resurrection of the dead, and so forth.
In that regard, I fear that most of the movers and shakers in the World Council of Churches are Christians of an untraditional sort. I won't quite go so far as to say that most of them are not Christians at all, but considering the evidently rocky state of their beliefs, that's certainly possible.

Since you are not yet willing to go so far as to state that the folks who make up the World Council of Churches are not Christian, I will.
The officers, employees and adherents of the Wrold Council of Churches are not Christian.
There, that's been said. Carry on!
