Instead of 41 you should have gotten at least 4100.

I am bumping it again and if necessary I will bump it agin next week.

Thanks. I probably should have condensed more and written a brief intro. But there is so much in the transcripts, it was difficult to get it this short. Is there a veteran's flag list on FR? They should be interested.
