90 LY at warp 8 is only 32 days travel time each way Unless there is a nearby worm hole. Then the trip would be less time consuming. Of course those who are on a ship traveling over the speed of light may not experience the same passing of time as those back on Earth ... but that's another story

It's possible to travel faster than that, of course,
but only for limited periods since it accelerates deterioration of the dilithium crystals.
