What? Did they have to wait to transfer this from the unpaid Osama reward fund? Why didn't they do this from Day One? Honest to God - we run a brilliant campaign - interspersed with huge gaps of jaw-dropping stupidity.

I don't think this is new. Seems to me I remember this being offered during the war in Afghanistan. I recall it because they neglected to say US $25M and the locals though it was their currency...which, I guess amounted to about a $1.50. They had to redo their leaflet to make it clear it was US $25M.
