You don't have to run redlights. You can get caught in one. All it takes is one smart ass stopping just over the line and leaving you in the middle of the intersection. Tell it to the judge.

Want a spay that will obscure your plate from the cameras? Try black spray paint. I think satin looks best. These sprays and plastic shields don't work. Actually there is plastic sheild that obstructs any viewing of the plate from off-center. That may work. I haven't seen that tested, of course in some states, like NY any plastic covering over the license plate is illegal. Anyway, these sprays and refelctive covers sometimes obscure the plate from normal photography, but the techs who go through these pictures usually just need to adjust the contrast, brightness, or invert the light/dark of the picture to read the plate.
