San Diego is delaying 30 days, while LA county isn't, according to the SD elections official and someone from one of the recall groups who were on the Roger Hedgecock show yesterday. I would have expected the opposite, given how supportive of democrats LA is.
Sally McPherson from SD now says she is going to join the bandwagon (such as Connie McCormick from LA) and verify the signatures received without waiting.
