Somehow, some of this sounds familiar.
I still think Waller places too little emphasis on the Philippines. If we get every other piece of containment he recommends, Russia, India, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan (I believe that's them), the Philippines will be China's only outlet.
At least he sees the ChiComs are a threat.
