While no doubt a gift from the Navy, instead of Naval Aviator wings, President Bush's name tag should have Air Force pilot wings, as President Bush is qualified to wear that badge.

Rummy is the one who has wings of gold.

Of course, it is interesting our Commander in Chief and Secretary of Defense are both fighter pilots. What the hell was Al-Qa'ida thinking?

Actually, the Navy wings designation is correct. Any qualified military pilot will where pilots wings of the service he is currently flying with for the purpose of desingnation of pilot vs. flight officer; that includes Air Force xchange pilots flying for the Navy. Air Force WSOs would wear Navy NFO wings just the same if assigned to a Navy aircraft.

Maybe they were thinking that the dims and eurotrash were still in charge? Or that they could prevent W from doing what he has done.
