Granted, the borders are a huge problem, and I do not agree with Bush on his border policy.

Well, he most certainly does not "encourage" illegals to cross over to take jobs away from U.S. citizens, as was stated in #70.

Well, the primary thing that encourages illegals is the government handouts. Now, since GWB is President, many will conclude that it is his fault- as it was Clinton's fault, Bush I, Reagan, etc.

If the government would overhaul welfare, make welfare recipients work these low paying jobs that 'no one' will take, illegals may think twice about coming here. After all, if there are no jobs and no handouts, why would they come?
