Meek, I have a Pug! Is this one yours? After I get up this morning for real, I'll try to post it (noted the properties --- your personal link) but don't know if it's possible. Don't tell me. Let me find out. If or when I fail, you'll be the first to hear about it. :)

No, this is a picture I found in a Google Search looking for Dog pics. I cracked up when I found it. Let me know how it goes either way and remember that old story about the train engine saying ...
I think I can ! I think I can ! I think I can ! ...

Ah ! I see ! Just a minor error. Notice your template address ? < IMGscr="http://richard.meek.home.comcast.net/DogSmile.JPG"width="503"height="412">
Just a typo, Onyx ! Correct that (s/b IMG sRC, not 'sCR'), put a SPACE between the IMG and the SRC and you've GOT it ! ...
< IMG src="http://richard.meek.home.comcast.net/DogSmile.JPG"width="503"height="412">

The way I organize my images is using Microsoft Word. I keep all my images 'preloaded' there. That way, when I want to post Mr. Smilie Doggie there, it's simply a 'copy and paste' process from Word into the FR posting template here. Then preview and post it.
I also keep the 'blank graph template' on Word so when I find a NEW pic, all I have to do is copy the template and copy/paste the URL and key in the dimensions and it's ready to go ! Everybody has their own way of organizing their stuff. That's just how I do it.
Here is the 'blank posting template':

onyx, do you have your images on a 'host page'? The properties show 'not available'. They have to be on a Host page unless you use someone elses HTML for the image posting
I use Walagata and Village Photos, which are free and easy to use.
Meek, I am able to post all my gifs and jpgs from those sites using just this code; [img src="?"] No capitals and no size numbers! Just put < > where the [ ]'s are. The ONLY space is between img and src. Maybe other Host sites require the 'size' tags??

Well, yes ... you can post an image without the Width and Length dimensionals. However, by putting in BOTH, the image loads faster on the page I am told. If you've ever been on the USO thread (or any thread with lots of graphics) and see how slow a page loads with a lot of graphics on it you can understand why that's important, so I'm told. I'm not a technical type, but just passing along information I've been given by folks that are supposed to know these things. I have a fast connection ISP (Comcast), so it's not much of an issue with me either way, hehe !
