Regarding CFR; I dont deride Bush for signing it. It arrived on his desk at a bad time, he didnt feel like dealing with it, so he signed it knowing SCOTUS would strike it down. Or just the most offensive parts of it, anyway. Cowardly? Lazy? Maybe. But its a dead issue now or will be soon, and there are more important things to be dealt with right now. That too, is just my opinion.
