I trust in God's promise and hope of eternal life for those who believe in Jesus Christ, the Messiah. That said, I think it's too late to turn the ship of state around (or however you want to phrase it). We can debate ad infinitum and ad naseum how long and what form it'll take for America as it once was to be completely unrecognizable. Sedition, voting Republican, stockpiling, revolution. Do y'all really believe any of these ideas (and scores of others) are going to make the big difference? 911, leaking borders, rampant sexual immorality, socialism/communism, unconscionable violence, lies from our government and the media, broken homes and lives and dreams -- what more would it take for people to wake up?? I mean, come on! No, the battle lines are drawn; people are choosing sides; the stage is set for Armeggeden.
Prayer is just about all we've got left (not to minimize prayer!), otherwise what foolishness and arrogance to think we can figure a way out of this mess without supernatural intervention (altho it's always possible that America is like Nineveh and that a Jonah -- perhaps the homeschooled Christian kids -- can turn us around, but I don't think so).
I think we'll come to some sort of civil clash, which I hope is not in my lifetime, but the globalist vision will win. It's the infamous juggernaut. Most will learn to live with it; after all, look what we've learned to live with thus far.
Sometimes the endless debate here is interesting and distracting; other times it's downright boring and repetitious. Your thread is one of the more thoughtful and interesting I've seen in quite a while.
