Ordered, That at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday July 8, 2003, the Senate proceed to executive session for consideration of the nomination of David G. Campbell, of Arizona, to be United States District Judge for the District of Arizona; provided further, that the Senate then proceed to a vote on the confirmation of the nomination, with no intervening action or debate;
Ordered further, That following the vote, the President be immediately notified of the Senate’s action.

Ordered, That the vote on the cloture motion on the nomination of Victor J. Wolski, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims occur on Tuesday, July 8, 2003, immediately following the vote on the nomination of David G. Campbell.
Ordered further, That the live quorum under Rule XXII be waived regarding the cloture motion.
