He's right though. If the judiciary can come up with a "penumbra" to say that gun control is A-OK, despite the reams of evidence otherwise, then there is ample precedent for the government to have "vested interest" in making sure you ain't bein' queer in yer' bedroom. Especially considering our current national state of emergency and the PATRIOT Act provisions for wire tapping and "sneak and peek" searches.
