Got me, DA. You're right. We'll all just give up. No matter that Christians believe in the fundamentals of our faith -- of course the ones who do are wrong! We must all be careful not to believe what is central to what we believe. Of course! But of course this can't include a fundamental right to anything... like property, either.... Too bad. I really wanted to trade weapons grade plutonium, and cocaine on the open market. The Merc may yet get to place puts and takes on such things though, if you and President Browne get your way.

The next battle: Why not that -- weapons grade plutonium owner's rights? You champion the cause. We'll see how far you get.

Sure, we've all lost. Can't even elect an Evangelical Christian president, anymore. We're all so discouraged, since you and the Clintonian amoralists have won. History never moves, once some people make a decision, afterall.

The alternative of reality:
Values will never ceased to be imposed. That is life. They will either be imposed sensibly or nonsensically, but they will never cease to be imposed. And as the drafters of the 2nd Amendment and Mao both realized, "Political power comes from the barrel of a gun."

Believe anything you like. In your home. With your family and your friends.
Leave the rest of us alone and stop trying to enforce your belief system on us by force of arms.

Illogical. Property rights have to vanish because you can't stop gay people from having sex?

I really wanted to trade weapons grade plutonium, and cocaine on the open market.

Agree with the coke trading. My point about atoms stands. How (And they did it when gold was illegal too!) can it be that the government can prohibit you from owning an atom - a fundamental (that word again) building block of the universe. Outlawed. Not rational.

True. That will never happen again.

History never moves, once some people make a decision, afterall.

You're missing some important perspective.
You don't have the power to use Church troops to conduct Inquisitions. You don't have the power to burn heathens at the stake. You can't stop us from being educated, so we can't read and learn the truth for ourselves. You can't tie us to one plot of land for our whole lives and prevent us from contact others, and prevent the spread of ideas.

These are the ways that "Christian" societies have moved history. And now they are not available to you. All the peasants have arms too!

How exactly do you think you're going to change modern culture?? You've got Fundie TV channels. No one but Fundies watch them. Meanwhile the 99% of the rest of us are engaged in Modern 21st century culture.

You have lost the cultural war. It's really not up for debate. The only problem is that you cling to a delusion that you can gain some sort of power over us and force us to obey.

You can't. And you're creating more misery by trying than would exist otherwise.

Values will never ceased to be imposed. That is life. They will either be imposed sensibly or nonsensically, but they will never cease to be imposed

See what I mean? Delusional. You actually thing you can impose your will on 250,000,000 of us who will tell you to stuff it.

You're outnumbered by far AND outgunned. Just how do you think you could force anything??? I used to think leftists were more dangerous than Fundies. Now I'm not so sure...
