You are so right!!! Who would give to United Way or the Red Cross etc. if they knew they were a financial disaster from being run poorly? So who would give to the tragedy of Grey Davis' California screw up? None of us would, so why should the Indians? Hell if Calif. goes broke maybe they will buy it back.
