Hillary held closed door meetings to try to federalize the nation's health care industry. The Clinton's used the term "co-president" themselves.

She held power and a title. It's a little late to claim that what she did was unconstitutional. I'm sure that her husband would do the same if she were elected.

How many years can a person serve as co-president?

Maybe afer Hillary's 8 years are up, he could get a divorce, marry Barbra Streisand, and serve another 8 years as a Svengali co-president.
