It is my guess that attacks are in the planning stages, as I type, for the 2004 election cycle for the exact purpose of seeing the Bush Administration removed from power.

Whether it will be sucessful or not, I have no guess (removal from power). A lot will depend on the rat candidate.

I'm not sure of the public's reaction though.

Will they rally around the President as they did in 2001 or will they blame him. Depends on the act I suppose.
