Prostitution (even when conducted in private) is a form of COMMERCE, which the government is required to regulate. I don't see how Roe (or Lawrence) changed that.

Nude dancing is likewise a form of "commerce", but that didn't stop SCOTUS from giving it wide protection. When they have a cultural agenda to push, certain technicalities simply are not going to get in their way.
