It's amazing how those with little grasp of history or legal consequences are announcing this ruling has 'no problems'.

I ask you all: How do you know what the consequence of this are??? How do you *know* this wont be taken, just like every other Supreme court ruling is, and expanded into every nook and cranny of possible application and logical consequence?
