REMINDS me of during lyinAlGores Presidential run, he had an elderly lady in Iowa? Idaho? who they claimed walked the town collecting pop cans to take to turn in for money to buy her much needed medications. You guessed it...it was a big fat lie.

Also, Winnie supposedly walked 1.5-3 hours/day, to earn $5. At 5 cents a can, she had to find 100 cans per day, or worst case, 30 cans per hour. That is one can every two minutes. Must have a lot of litterbugs where she lives. Couldn't she get a minimum wage part-time job? She surely has the physical stamina if she walks up to 3 hours/day.
