I don't know what the charge would be, I'm not in the legal system. Just my observation that this seems like two separate crimes, although they are from the same incident. To say she is guilty of murder makes it sound like they convicted her of murder for running into him with the car, not letting him die. Very tough case, IMO.

Well I guess the problem in charging her is that you just don't know what to charge her with.

Yes hitting him was a accident. But what she did aftwards was sickening and not a accident. She didn't try to help him. She took the body to a place it couldn't be found. And then waited for him to die of a injury she caused. I just don't know what you call all that.
