Even people I know that are soft on crime cringe when you tell them that she drove off with the body part way in her car. And then drove to her house and put her car in the garage and let the guy die with glass in his face. Your right she got a gift by not being charged with kidnapping. You take a person against their will, to a place they don't want to be, it has to be kidnapping.
