if the judge rules for the DA, geragos is toast! He wants lights, cameras, and actions!
But I too say, and think for the reasons the DA cited, sounds to me a weak case to ban the tv's.... Media will win this one!

I agree, THIS trial will be televised even if it is shown not in real time. Personally, I know there have been a couple of comments that some here think the DA has a weak case. I for one, do NOT think that. I think they have a heap of circumstantial evidence and some direct evidence (eg: Laci's hair in a pair of pliers found under the seat of a boat she knew nothing of) etc. The computer records and PETERSON's OWN voice on the phone calls could bury him. If, and I believe we will hear this, he is heard saying to Amber that he loves her and wants to spend his life with her, he's burnt toast. After all wasn't this the guy that was supposedly grieving over the loss of his wife and unborn son?? Geragos picked the wrong trial to attempt to become super famous on. I'm in agreement with the regular poster here that said, Geragos does not appear to be up to this trial. I've even heard it said, that most of Geragos' wins have been because of his ability to "USE" the media. Here he has had his greatest tool bagged. He's like a fish out of water. Flopping around in all directions. His hyperbole in his never ending stream of motions is also clearly over the top!!
