No, but perhaps a small one to stamp Enabler on the heads of those dancing around the fire whooping it up at the SCOTUS once again usurping and gathering all the power it can in one small building.

At the local level of course where these things belong.

That's what I think ---all this should be at the local level ---what gave the federal government any authority to get involved in any of this?

The more I read your side's arguments, the more I am convinced that you are wrong. Privacy needs to be declared at the national level. Especially for something like this. I should not have to look at the law books to see if the way I want to have sex with a consenting adult is legal.
