No, same fruit (no pun intended). If anything, heart disease is a bigger killer than AIDS is and resulted in higher health care costs. The last statistics I saw was that heart disease was still the #1 killer, followed closely by cancer.

Heart disease is something which affects potentially 100% of Americans, not 1%, yet the costs of handling the disease shamelessly spread by the 1% are of the same order as those affecting the 100%. This is disgusting and a tremendous misallocation of American's health care funds.
Save a Homo only by condemning dozens of others who could have been saved.
