When the jury came back so quickly it was obvious to Mark Davis and the whole Dallas/Fort Worth listening audience that the guilty verdict was to come!

I must confess that I thought the exact same thing when the OJ Simpson jury came back with a verdict in FOUR hours! I was at a local department store and about 10-12 of us were watching a t.v. on display in the "home entertainment center." We were a "mixed" crowd and when the verdict was pronounced, one part of the "mixed" crowd began to hoop-n-holler as though their favorite sports team had just beaten the world champs in an overtime, sudden-death championship playoff game! T'was sickening to say the very least!

Anyway, my thinking was that since the verdict came in so quickly, that it was a strong possibility it would be "guilty." Boy, did I sure get fooled.

I'm not an attorney, but to me the jury didn't take time to fully review the facts of the case before rendering a verdict. That's grounds for an appeal.

I agree the bitch is guilty, but any attorney can make the case that these jurors formed an opinion in advance.
