Did you read the post I was replying too? He said the government shouldn't regulate morality. I was merely pointing out that all laws are based on moral principles, and thus all laws must be repealed if we don't want the government engaging in moral regulation.

I did read the post since it was directed to me
Firstly the gov't can't regulate Morality
It can and should however regulate criminal acts
This issue is not just a gay issue,
as I was trying to point out.
gay or straight does not concern me
telling people what they can or can not do in their own homes
is regulating Morality
criminal acts, i.e. involving minors, rape, murder, and others, are crimes. (period)
