I have seen otherwise. Family who continually party too much and have failed the series 7 many times.

But I am with you in a sense. Anyone who wants to sign their name in blood that they will NEVER take social sec, unemployment, mediX etc, should be allowed to smoke dope and do other drugs.

Of course, if you dope and drive(think Nick N who used to live next door to a beach house I used to frequent on Holden), you should be smoked.

Failing the 7? Good heavens, I'm not sure partying is to blame for that. I'd peg "lack of studying" as the culprit.
